Shipping and returns

Delivery usually occurs within 2-5 business days.

Shipping is free in Italy for purchases over €200; for purchases under €200, a €8 courier fee will be charged.

Shipping is free abroad for purchases over €200; for purchases under €200, a €15 courier fee will be charged.

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it by contacting customer service at info@neirami.it.

Please note that delivery times are approximate and that shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

If you have chosen a payment method that requires verification (e.g., bank transfer), your order will be shipped after payment confirmation.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of delivery.

Please try on purchased items carefully, without removing tags, any accessories, or labels; We cannot accept returns of products that do not meet these conditions.

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

The tracking number must then be sent via email to info@neirami.it.

Once the returned item has been received, the customer can decide whether to request a replacement or a refund.
