The offer and sale of NEIRAMI-branded products on the website "shop.neirami.it," used by the company "DITRAVERSO S.R.L." are governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Products purchased on shop.neirami.it are sold directly by DITRAVERSO S.R.L., with registered office in Italy at Via dei Pellicciai No. 1 - BL. 8 Centergross - 40050 Funo di Argelato (BO) - Italy, Tax Code and VAT No. 04080601208, Economic and Administrative Index No.: BO BO-567652.
In the reserved area, customers can find information regarding their current order, shipping, refunds, and returns of products purchased on

DITRAVERSO S.R.L. reserves the right to update these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.
Article 1: Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale of shop.neirami.it define the rights and obligations of the parties in the sale of products and services by DITRAVERSO S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) to customers of the shop.neirami.it website.
By purchasing or booking a product or service (hereinafter referred to as the Order), the customer declares that he or she is at least eighteen years of age, that he or she is a consumer pursuant to Article 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), and that he or she is the owner or has access to an email address provided to shop.neirami.it. Each customer declares that he or she has read and accepts the rights and obligations arising from placing an order. All orders are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The General Conditions of Sale do not govern the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Seller that are present on shop.neirami.it via links, banners, or other hypertext links.
DITRAVERSO S.R.L. Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the Seller, we recommend that you review their terms and conditions of sale. The Seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the Seller or for the execution of e-commerce transactions between shop.neirami.it users and third parties.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully comply with the "Code of Online Rights in force in the EU," drawn up by the European Commission and published by the Publications Office of the European Union, in force since 2012.
Article 2: Customer
DITRAVERSO S.R.L. offers products for sale on shop.neirami.it and operates its e-commerce business exclusively for its end users, who are "consumers." The term "consumer" refers to and identifies the individual identified in Article 3(a) of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The term "consumer" refers to any natural person who uses shop.neirami.it for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity. Non-consumers are advised to refrain from purchasing products through shop.neirami.it.
In accordance with its commercial policy, the Seller reserves the right not to process orders from individuals other than "consumers" or orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
The resale or distribution of NEIRAMI-branded products purchased on shop.neirami.it is strictly prohibited.
Article 3: Ordering Procedures, Prices, and Invoicing
Access to the sales services offered by shop.neirami.it is possible upon voluntary registration, by invitation from a Customer, or directly from DITRAVERSO S.R.L. To complete the purchase of one or more products on shop.neirami.it, the Customer must complete the electronic order form and send it electronically to the Seller, following the relevant instructions.
The order form contains a reference to these General Conditions of Sale in force, a summary of the essential characteristics of each product ordered and its price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the payment methods the Customer may use to purchase each product, the delivery methods for the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, and the methods and deadlines for returning purchased products.
Before purchasing products by submitting the order form, the customer will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, paying attention to the items subject to the right of withdrawal, to print a copy using the print button, and to save or reproduce a copy for personal use.
The order form will be archived for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case within the timeframes required by law. Each customer can access their order form by consulting the My Account section of the shop.neirami.it website.
Before submitting the order form, you will also be asked to identify and/or correct any data entry errors.
The valid language available for concluding the contract with the Seller is Italian.
Versions in languages other than Italian may be provided, but only for comparison purposes, pursuant to Article 10 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Legal and interpretative references must be exclusively those expressed in Italian.
Once the order form has been submitted, the Seller will process the customer's purchase order.
The Seller may not process purchase orders placed by customers who do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency, or who are incomplete or incorrect, or if the products are unavailable. In these cases, the Seller will inform the customer by email that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not fulfilled their purchase order, specifying the reasons.
If the products displayed on shop.neirami.it are no longer available or on sale at the time of the last access to the site or submission of the order form, the Seller will promptly inform the customer of the unavailability of the ordered products, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day after the order is submitted to the Seller. If the order form has been submitted and the price has been paid, the Seller will refund the amount already paid by the customer. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms set forth in Section 8.2 of the General Conditions of Sale.
By submitting the order form electronically, the customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to comply with these General Conditions of Sale in their dealings with the Seller. If the customer does not agree with any of the terms set forth in the General Conditions of Sale, DITRAVERSO S.R.L. requests that they not submit the order form for the purchase of products on shop.neirami.it.
By submitting the order form, the customer confirms that they understand and accept the General Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained on shop.neirami.it, including those accessed via links.
The order will be considered final and the contract concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation email from shop.neirami.it. The products will be shipped after verification of the customer's payment.
Once the contract has been concluded, the Seller will send, by email, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form (information relating to the essential characteristics of the product and detailed information on the price, payment methods and delivery costs).
To ensure better quality of service and greater product availability, DITRAVERSO S.R.L. reserves the right to limit the number of products that can be purchased by each customer on shop.neirami.it.
Product prices are indicated in euros, refer to the merchandise only, and include all applicable taxes. They are valid for the following Eurozone territories and/or countries in addition to Italy: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Metropolitan France and Corsica, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Madeira, the Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain - Canary Islands and Balearic Islands.
For non-Eurozone countries, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, and Hungary, product prices and shipping costs are always indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes. It is the customer's responsibility to check the exchange rate in their national currency before making a purchase. The latter, however, will have no commercial value.
Article 4: Conformity of Products for Sale on Shop.neirami.it
On Shop.neirami.it, only premium-quality collectible products from the NEIRAMI brand are offered for sale. The materials used to make the products on Shop.neirami.it are produced directly by the Seller.
The Seller does not sell used, defective, or substandard products.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on Shop.neirami.it within each product page.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Shop.neirami.it may, however, differ from the actual products due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
Product prices may be subject to change. Customers are requested to verify the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return of products without the corresponding tags, or if their essential characteristics and quality have been altered, or if they have been damaged.
To pay for the products and related shipping and delivery costs, the customer may use one of the available payment methods indicated on the order form (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
The Customer's bank account will be debited within 24 hours of the Order being placed, and the Order will be considered effective only after approval from the relevant banking payment centers. If payment is made via PayPal, the debit or rejection will be immediate.
Furthermore, this information will never be used by the Seller except to complete the purchase process and issue refunds in the event of product returns following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, or when necessary to prevent or report fraud on shop.neirami.it to the police.
In accordance with the Privacy Policy, shop.neirami.it does not store the Customer's bank details to ensure greater security in the processing of personal data.
Payment by advance bank transfer can be made to the current account held by DITRAVERSO S.R.L at EMILBANCA with IBAN IT34K0707202408000000726899, BIC code ICRAITRRTS0, within 5 (five) business days from the order confirmation date. If the transfer is not made within this period, the contract is automatically terminated and ineffective, and the Customer will receive an email canceling the order. In any case, the products will be shipped only after DITRAVERSO S.R.L. sees the credit appear on its bank account.
The Customer is required to record and print the payment information if he or she wishes to retain the details of his or her bank transaction.
Article 6: Product Availability
In the event of total or partial unavailability of the product after the Order has been placed, the Customer will be notified by email of the cancellation of the Order or the partial delivery of the Order.
In the event of product unavailability, the Customer will have the right to request:
delivery of an identical product or service of equivalent quality and price, subject to stock availability; or
a refund of the price of the product or service ordered within thirty (30) days of the Customer's request.
Article 7: Product Delivery
Delivery Location
The products or services will be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the Order process. The shipping and handling costs for the Order are inclusive of Italian VAT. The Customer will be notified of shipment by email.
The products and/or services will be accompanied by a transport document indicating the contents of the package.
DITRAVERSO S.R.L. delivers its products in Italy, including the islands, using UPS, BRT, DHL, or other shipping providers offering a similar service.
DITRAVERSO S.R.L. delivers its products to the following countries at a cost of €15.00 to be paid by the Customer: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Metropolitan France and Corsica, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Madeira, the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Spain - Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, and Sweden.
DITRAVERSO S.R.L. delivers its products to the following countries at a cost of €25.00 to be paid by the Customer: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Slovenia, and Hungary.
Potential customers residing in countries other than those mentioned above must first contact DITRAVERSO S.R.L. customer service at info@neirami.it and verify with the Seller the possible purchase and shipping options.
Delivery Time
The maximum delivery time is twenty business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the date of the Order, unless otherwise indicated to the Customer before final confirmation of the Order. In this case, shop.neirami.it will inform the Customer of a different delivery time.
The Customer can view the status of their order in the My Account section of the shop.neirami.it website.
Delivery Delay
In the event of a delivery delay, the Customer may contact shop.neirami.it Customer Service at info@neirami.it
Failure to Deliver
The Customer has the right to cancel the Order if delivery has not occurred within ten business days following the delivery date indicated by shop.neirami.it, unless the failure to deliver is due to force majeure.
Within thirty (30) business days following the Customer's request to cancel the Order, DITRAVERSO S.R.L. will process the refund to the Customer.
Delivery Completed
Each delivery is considered completed when the product or service is made available to the Customer by the carrier.
Customers may track the shipment of their package by contacting our customer service directly.
Without prejudice to the Customer's right of withdrawal pursuant to the following art. 8. The Customer is responsible for inspecting the shipment upon arrival and making any reservations or complaints they deem justified. They may also refuse the package if they find it may have been opened or if it shows obvious signs of deterioration. Such complaints must be indicated on the delivery note and communicated to shop.neirami.it by sending a notification to Customer Service, which can be reached at info@neirami.it, within one business day (24 hours) following delivery of the Order.
If the courier does not allow the complaint to be noted on the delivery note, the customer is asked to refuse the goods.
The shop.neirami.it Customer Service will then open an investigation with the carrier. The Customer will receive an email notifying them that an investigation has been opened. The carrier's response time to shop.neirami.it is generally 30 business days.
7.1.: Information on delivery methods
Lost package
In the event of a lost package, the Customer must immediately contact shop.neirami.it Customer Service by email at info@neirami.it. Shop.neirami.it Customer Service will then open an investigation with our national or international carrier. The Customer will receive an email notifying them that an investigation has been opened. The carrier's response time to shop.neirami.it is generally 30 business days.
If the package is found within 30 days of the investigation being opened, it will be sent to the Customer: the delivery process will then continue as normal (delivery of the package or notification of arrival, etc.).
If the package is declared lost, shop.neirami.it will notify the Customer and immediately proceed with the formalities for a refund of the Order (product and shipping costs).
The purpose of DITRAVERSO S.R.L. is to To achieve complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason the customer is dissatisfied with their order, they may exercise their right of withdrawal, without penalty, within ten (10) business days of receiving the products purchased on shop.neirami.it.
Products to be returned must be shipped within 10 business days of receiving them. Products may be returned by shipping the package via a courier chosen by the customer, at their expense, only after completing the Return Form available online in the Customer Service area to obtain a return number.
8.1.: Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is deemed to have been correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:
The Return Form must be correctly completed and sent electronically to shop.neirami.it within ten (10) business days of the delivery date.
The products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged;
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect resalable condition (for designer items and fashion accessories, the packaging must be sealed as originally).
Products returned by Customers must be shipped in a single shipment, via the courier service chosen by the Customer, within 10 business days of receipt. DITRAVERSO S.R.L. reserves the right not to accept items from the same order returned and shipped at different times.
If the Customer has met all the required conditions, DITRAVERSO S.R.L. will refund the price of the purchased products. The Customer will be responsible for the return costs, i.e., those for returning the purchased products to DITRAVERSO S.R.L.
The Customer will be contacted if the return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, the Customer may choose to have the purchased products returned to him or her at his or her expense.
If the customer refuses this shipment, DITRAVERSO S.R.L. reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding purchase price.
8.2: Refund Times and Methods
After DITRAVERSO S.R.L. has received the returned item and verified that all requirements have been met, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return.
Regardless of the payment method used by the Customer (credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal), the refund will be activated by DITRAVERSO S.R.L. as quickly as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, once it has verified that the withdrawal has been carried out in compliance with the conditions set out above.
The actual time required for the refund or reimbursement of the sums paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment method used:
Purchase by credit/debit card: the time required for the refund to be displayed depends on the card issuing institution. Please note that the refund value date is the same as the debit date, so the customer will not suffer any interest charges.
Purchase via PayPal: The refund will be made to the customer's PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card from the PayPal account depends on the card issuer.
Payment via bank transfer: The refund will be made to the current account indicated by the customer, so the refund time depends on the accuracy of the information provided by the customer; the refund will normally occur within thirty (30) days.
In the case of gifts, the refund will be made to the person who made the payment.
Any refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
8.3: Product identification tag
All products offered for sale on shop.neirami.it are accompanied by an identification tag, which is an integral part of the item. The Customer is invited to try the product without removing the tag because returned products without it will not be accepted.
Article 9 - Intellectual Property
The content of the shop.neirami.it website (including logos, trademarks, illustrations, photographs, etc.) is protected by Italian legislation on copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. The elements presented on this website are subject to change without notice and are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, and do not give rise to any right to compensation for damages.
No content from the shop.neirami.it website may be copied, reproduced, published, downloaded, reposted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except for the simple storage of documents on a single computer for the sole personal use of the person who copied them and for non-commercial purposes. In any case, all proprietary notices must be retained intact at all times. Modification of this content or its use for other purposes constitutes a violation of the property rights of shop.neirami.it.
Specifically, the use of such content on another website or in an online space is prohibited. Simple links to the shop.neirami.it home page are permitted.
The following are prohibited:
Automatic insertion links (deep linking or online linking), which allow the user to automatically display content from the shop.neirami.it website in a specific space;
Framing links, which allow a page from the shop.neirami.it website to appear in a box within the page of the website visited by the user.
In any case, links from sites that are contrary to morality, violent, pornographic, or pedophilic, that do not respect the dignity of the individual, or that are intended to display or sell prohibited or illicit objects, substances, and/or works, are prohibited.
The existence of a hyperlink from a third-party site to the shop.neirami.it website does not imply any collaboration between shop.neirami.it and this site. shop.neirami.it has no control over third-party websites and therefore assumes no responsibility for the content, products, services, information, materials, or software of websites that contain a hypertext link to the shop.neirami.it website.
The shop.neirami.it website may contain links to shop.neirami.it's partner websites or third-party websites. shop.neirami.it has no control over these websites and therefore assumes no responsibility for the availability of such websites, their content, advertising, or the products and/or services available on or from such websites. shop.neirami.it shall not be liable in any way for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the user's access to the partner and/or third-party website or from the user's use of the content and services of such website.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are drafted in Italian and are governed by Italian law, specifically by Legislative Decree No. 6 of September 6, 2005. 206 of 20 April 2003 on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the regulations governing distance contracts, and Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects of e-commerce.
For any legal dispute arising regarding the interpretation and/or execution and/or termination of the Contract and/or these General Conditions, the Court of Bologna shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and Italian law shall apply.
The General Conditions of Sale are amended from time to time, also in light of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on the website shop.neirami.it.
For any doubts regarding the interpretation of the Contract and/or these General Conditions, the Italian version will be the sole reference.
